At Tiny Treasure Homes, every tiny home is built with precision, care, and custom craftsmanship. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and cancellations are governed by the following policies.

1. Custom-Built Tiny Homes

All tiny homes are custom-built to customer specifications. Because of this, completed or in-production tiny homes cannot be returned.

2. Deposits

All deposits made to begin design or construction are 100% non-refundable. This includes:

• Project initiation payments
• Design or architectural fees
• Material reservation deposits

Deposits cover administrative costs, planning, and materials that cannot be reversed once production begins.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made before production begins may be accepted but deposits remain non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after construction has started may result in additional fees based on labor and materials used.

4. Changes to Your Order

We understand that design ideas evolve. However, modification requests must be approved by our team and may result in:

• Additional costs
• Extended delivery timelines
• Material procurement delays

5. Returns of Accessories or Add-Ons

Non-custom accessories may be eligible for returns if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The customer covers return shipping costs

Custom accessories or built-in components cannot be returned.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue based on the situation.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds (for eligible items only) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
