All tiny homes built by Tiny Treasure Homes include a 1-year limited structural warranty, covering:

- Roof construction and installation
- Wall and floor structure
- Subfloor and foundational framing
This warranty ensures your home is free from defects caused by improper construction or faulty craftsmanship.
2. Systems Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty on essential systems, including:
- Plumbing systems
- Electrical wiring and connections
- HVAC or heating units (if included)
- Installed appliances (manufacturer warranties may apply)
Damage caused by improper usage or external conditions is not covered.
3. Appliance & Component Warranties
Any appliances or components (such as stoves, water heaters, or air conditioning units) include the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should register appliances with the manufacturer upon delivery for full coverage.
4. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather damage (rain, storms, natural disasters)

- Alterations, modifications, or add-ons not performed by our team
- Owner-caused damage or misuse
- Transportation damage when moved by third parties
5. Owner Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, homeowners must:

7. Repairs & Service

8. Transferability
